Details

The Director of Intake/Admissions works closely with the business development team and referral sources. The Director of Intake is responsible for directing the day to day operations of the Intake Coordination team and the admissions team.

 

Schedule: Monday to Friday 10AM-6:30PM with flexible hours for phone support on the weekends and afterhours.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice with at least 1 year of hospice experience and two years of nursing experience
  • Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  • At least 1-2 years of Hospice admission experience 
  • Great leadership skills with the ability to inspire the trust of others

  • Put the success of team above own interests
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
